Fullness Social Enterprises Society (“FSES”) is organizing a Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning Forum (“MEL Forum”) as a closing event for the three-year Jockey Club Fullness Social Impact Measurement Coaching Scheme, funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust. In the scheme, FSES has provided training and coaching for more than 70 NGOs and 100 projects. To continue the conversation on MEL, FSES would like to bring together NGOs, funders and academics, to exchange insights and to share visions. The theme of the Forum is “From Social Impact to Social Innovation”.

The Forum will start with a keynote speaker sharing how practice and academics can blend together to create innovation in projects. Funders and NGO representatives will also have dialogues to share their experiences and perspectives about SIM in social projects. Panelists from academic and practical backgrounds will exchange their views in an interactive session on how MEL can go forward in the NGO sector. The Forum will provide an opportunity for NGOs to demonstrate their project’s impacts in a one-page format, while funders and stakeholders can glance and start a dialogue on potential funding.
