Measurement and Evaluation as Management Practices by Booth Professor Christina Hachikian
Increasingly, NGOs and social enterprises are being asked to show their results using data, but what does that rally mean? As managers and board members, it can be confusing to think about what kinds of data are needed and what kinds of investments are right for your organization. In this session, participants will learn about the critical management practices that underpin a successful use of data, and see their work differently by applying new frameworks, regardless of what measurement approach they are using.
