【豐盛生命：可持續社區實驗室】工作坊四－地方審計、城市規劃程序和實踐社區營造項目

香港中文大學「可持續社區實驗室」將於2月20日舉辦「地方審計、城市規劃程序和實踐社區營造項目」工作坊，誠邀各位區議員、議員助理、社區組織成員和公眾參加。「地方審計」是一套研究工具，可讓我們深入和完整了解社區的不同方面，並知道社區的優勢、弱點、發展機遇和危機。另一方面，透過了解現有的城市規劃程序，我們可以更容易為民間社區規劃和地方營造方案制定實行的策略。

The Sustainable Communities Lab of the Chinese University of Hong Kong is holding a workshop on 20th Feb with the topic “Place audit, urban planning procedures and realising placemaking projects”. We would like to invite all District Councillors and their assistants, members of community organisations and all interested members of the public to join.

Place audit is a tool for us to gain a multi-faceted overview of our neighbourhood. After conducting a place audit, we will be able to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in a place. On the other hand, familiarisation with the existing planning system can help us formulate suitable strategies for proposing and realising community planning and placemaking projects.

Please join our Workshop if you want to:
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the neighbourhood
• Learn to identify complex and tangled problems in the community
• Develop placemaking ideas
