Johanna Mair is Professor of Organization, Strategy and Leadership at the Hertie School. Her lecture will explore the tensions between innovation and scaling, outlining archetypes that overcome these, and offering practical frameworks for organisations pursuing social impact.
The annual social innovation lecture is part of a broad programme of support for social innovators at Trinity Hall, University of Cambridge, supported by a generous donation from Trinity Hall alumnus and Honorary Fellow, Graham Ross Russell, and delivered in partnership with the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation.
