Join us for an insightful breakfast event on impact investing, cohosted by HKU iCube, and The Hong Kong Jockey Club Programme on Social Innovation operated by The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. This in-person event features Priya Parrish, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Strategy at Chicago Booth and Chief Investment Officer at Impact Engine. Parrish will share her extensive experience and insights into the world of impact investing, drawing from her latest book, The Little Book of Impact Investing: Aligning Profit and Purpose to Change the World.
Parrish will deliver the virtual book talk from the U.S., highlighting how investors can achieve financial returns while making a positive social and environmental impact. Following Parrish’s presentation, a dynamic in-person panel discussion will delve into practical strategies and real-world examples of impact investing, discussing:
- The global and Asian landscape of impact investing.
- Challenges and opportunities in aligning profit with purpose.
- Examples of successful impact investments and lessons learned.
The panel will be joined by Cintia Nunes, General Manager and Head of Asia, The Mills Fabrica, and Josephine Price, Chairperson of Social Impact Partners and Director and Co-founder of Anthem Asia Limited. Brian Tsui, Partner at Catallyze will moderate the discussions.

Priya Parrish, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Strategy, Chicago Booth; Partner and Chief Investment Officer, Impact Engine
Priya Parrish is Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Impact Engine, an institutional venture capital and private equity investor driving positive impact in economic opportunity, environmental sustainability and health equity. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Strategy and Impact Investor in Residence at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Priya is the author of The Little Book of Impact Investing, published by Wiley in 2024. Prior to joining Impact Engine, Priya served as Chief Investment Officer at Schwartz Capital Group, a single-family office investing across global markets. Previously, she was Strategy Head at Aurora Investment Management, a multibillion-dollar hedge fund, and managed development of investment products that incorporated ESG at Northern Trust Asset Management and KLD Research & Analytics. Priya holds a B.S. in Business Management from Babson College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Cintia Nunes, General Manager and Head of Asia, The Mills Fabrica
Cintia Nunes is the General Manager and Head of Asia of The Mills Fabrica. As the innovation engine to sustainability and impact of Hong Kong conglomerate Nan Fung Group, Cintia leads the team to connect innovators in the techstyle and agrifood tech space with capital, connections, and expertise — to bring sustainability tech innovations from concept to market.
Drawing inspiration from social business principles that prioritize both profitability and purpose, she is committed to facilitating collaboration among stakeholders across the ecosystem to advance positive environmental and social impact at scale.
Before joining The Mills Fabrica, Cintia served as Chief of Strategy and Growth at Hong Kong’s largest network of social enterprises and impact ventures. She also held leadership roles at a multinational FMCG company where she formalized business strategies for over 10 brands.
Josephine Price, Chairperson, Social Impact Partners; Director and Co-founder, Anthem Asia Limited
Josephine Price, an experienced private equity practitioner based in Asia, has over 30 years of experience in emerging markets. She is the Director and Co-founder of Anthem Asia Limited, acts as an investment advisor to the Vietnam Investment Group, and Insitor Partners, a Southeast Asian Impact Fund, and was a trustee of The Croucher Foundation until February 2024. She co-founded Anthem Asia, focusing on socially responsible opportunities in Myanmar, and spent 13 years with CLSA Capital Partners, co-founding their pan-Asian private equity platform.
Josephine graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury and is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales and Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Securities Institute.

Brian Tsui, Partner, Catallyze
Through human and financial capital, Brian Tsui empowers mission-driven founders to navigate the stage where most startups fail: when a locally validated idea goes global. As an early-stage investor, Brian also co-founded the Chicago Booth Angels Network of Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. He is the Asia-Pacific co-chair of the University of Chicago’s top-ranked global accelerator, a venture partner of AngelHub, and a mentor at Founder Institute.
Brian enjoys judging at the Asian Financial Forum, Hong Kong FinTech Week, and Startup Express. He has shared his favorite topic, “What’s missing in your perfect pitch?” with over 3,000 founders, intrapreneurs, and university students.
Brian began his international career in management consulting, where he launched and managed a corporate finance practice in Southeast Asia and a financial institution practice in the U.S. for a global consultancy, helping C-suite executives at the most complex companies embrace, invest in, and integrate emerging technologies. Brian holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
