It’s not all glitz and glamour in Singapore.
While the city-state may have a reputation as having one of the highest millionaires per capita in the world, there are still many unmet needs we need to solve in our society. The ongoing pandemic made this painfully clear. While it has hit economies hard around the world, it also has the makings of a profound social crisis, sharpening feelings of helplessness and the sense that the system is stacked against those who are already disadvantaged.
Alongside government’s concerted efforts, advocacy groups, citizen-led initiatives, and communities of care that are fast growing in every neighborhood have risen to the challenge to help those with less at every stage of life to bounce back and thrive.
Join us to hear from the social innovators who are designing unique solutions to solve these challenges. Learn more about the unmet needs of vulnerable populations in Singapore, and how you can create an impact no matter how small or large in the quest to ensure no one is left behind as Singapore forges ahead in the global race.
