Phyllis obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2020. Her practice focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, cross border investments and general corporate and commercial matters. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
